Dr. Julio Terra and the team at Smile The Spa could not be more kind and gentle. Both excellent traits you want in your dentist. I went for a routine teeth cleaning and Dr. Terra greeted me with a hug and Evelyn at the front desk greeted me with a wonderful smile. While cleaning my teeth Dr. Terra routinely would ask me if I was doing OK and if I needed anything. This was nice except for the fact that I started to fall asleep I was so relaxed during the procedure. That is how good Dr. Terra is

I really like Dr. Terra and the dental techs at Smile the Spa. First of all, you get hot towels to wipe off with at the end! Second, soothing music in the background. Third, the techs and Dr. Terra are so professional - I feel like I'm in an operating theater. They're all gowned up with masks on. Fourth, I love Dr. Terra. He is so gentle and has a very kind, soothing demeanor. And he does such good work! I have (and had) a ton of cavities and needed crowns as well, and he did quick, efficient, quality work on my teeth. And did I mention soothing? I almost fell asleep while he worked on me. Fifth, if I have even the least discomfort, he gives me a bit more novocaine, so I never have to worry about that drill buzzing in my mouth. Sixth, I like his techs. They are kind and nice and don't talk too much. My old dentist's techs started to talk WAY TOO MUCH while working on me. Like, quiet! I can't answer! Seventh, did I mention Dr. Terra is super-professional, soothing, and not too chatty? I love it!

I am sad to report that the experience has changed full circle. What used to be a smooth experience from 1st phone in to check out has become a bit of a nightmare. Dr Terra may not even know it is a problem yet, and I hope this helps him (he is a very good business man)

He replaced his front office staff/manager and she does not share the same office culture he does. I believe his business has grown and a simple fix could be to hire more GOOD help.

I had my 6 month cleaning cancelled and have never been able to reschedule. I have called 6 times looking for a date that fits my schedule, to be denied and no alternatives offered. I am almost as busy as Dr Terra and hated that my cleaning was cancelled without a date to replace it.

I regretfully changed to another Dentist and the appointment was as easy as 1-2-3. You see they have multiple hygenist, just saying. Take care Dr Terra I will miss you! But your staff is 50% of the patient experience.

I LOVE Dr. Terra! He is simply amazing, warm, and funny! He is so personable and really cares about his clients. I have been his client for over 5 years! I used to detest dentist appointments but with Dr. Terra, I feel so relaxed and tranquil--they have aroma therapy and will let you choose the scent and they always have Andean flute music playing in the background--which is so peaceful and beautiful--which really makes it feel like a spa. The front desk ladies are always welcoming and have a smile on their faces when they greet you and check you in/out. The space is very clean and your appointment always starts on time or early if you're there sooner than expected. Everyone that works with Dr. Terra are very approachable and kind. I already recommended my husband, sister and cousin to Dr. Terra.

If you want a VIP dentist service, you need to make an appointment with Dr. Terra.

I was recommended to go here by friends. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff has been pretty poor and I have zero confidence in initiating care at this practice. The staff seems extremely incompetent. I called over a month ago to schedule a new patient appointment. I provided my PPO Dental insurance (which most all dentists take as it's a top-tier PPO plan). On 3 occasions before my appointment today, I get notified that I'm going to receive a new patient packet to complete prior to my appointment. Nope, never received anything. Then, 30 minutes before my appointment, I receive a text message saying that I would owe $245 for today's visit as they were not able to verify my benefits (that I provided over a month ago). I am not comfortable initiating care with this practice if they can't even handle a new appointment correctly.

Dr. Terra and team make you feel relaxed and provide the best care when it comes to making your smile the best it can be! The office is extremely clean and comfortable. Dr. Terra is the best when it comes to keeping your teeth and gums healthy. The team is really nice and welcoming and make you feel at ease. I highly recommend for any dentistry needs.

I went to the office for a teeth whitening and I definitely needed to share my amazing results. I can't stop staring at my smile. Thank you Dr. Terra, you made me feel confident in my smile again. My teeth look whitier, healthier and beautiful. Thank you to all the staff for being nice and professional.

I'm very picky about my teeth and who works on them, how they work and do they explain things is how I decide. How the employees interact with us as customers, my greeting from the staff and my first time I usually know . Great place Great Job!

I was 13 min late for an fillings appointment. When I arrived I was told the doctor started another meeting & needed to reschedule. I was not sure what that meant & asked if he was with another patient. The answer was no, he took a walk in Invisalign marketing meeting. So, I said interesting he took a business marketing meeting instead of doing the fillings with his already established dental client.
Being late on my part is inconvenient I understand. But not having a policy stated clearly about a late cancellation automatic reschedule ( I asked for one & they couldn't find it) & instead taking a business marketing meeting is just as inconvenient & not good customer service. Focus more on your current customers before setting them aside to figure out how to get more. The dentist is nice, but this runaround of a narrative made me question the integrity of this dental practice.

After avoiding the dentist's chair for years, I finally got the courage to visit Smile the Spa. From the warm spa like atmosphere to Dr. Terra's expertise, my appointment was a breeze. I was really impressed with the equipment, including a 3D camera that allowed me to see exactly what was going on with my teeth (of course after a few years of neglect, there was work to be done : ) If you've been procrastinating a dental visit like I did, I highly recommend Smile the Spa!

I had an incredible experience at Smile the Spa! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The quality of service and care I received was unlike any practice I've been to, and I highly recommend Smile the Spa to anyone who is looking for great care an experience.
